Cabins at Grand Canyon West

Rustic. Staff very nice and helpful

Better walkways for handicaps . Needs to have more menus choices available and snacks.

Location, meals were good, staff friendly

Didn’t know the second bed folded up to be a couch.

The property itself was beautiful, it was perfect for a quick little getaway. Can’t beat the location.

Only issues had were no one at the desk when it came time to check out , there were like 3 other parties waiting and no one inside . Called security they just said to leave keys on the counter. Other issue was no remote in the room, but that was quickly handled. Also bring food! There’s nothing for miles and the restaurant on site doesn’t open until 830- 930 am and closes at 6pm . High prices .

The location

I was expecting a room with 2 beds. Got a room with one bed and one futon style wooden bed with a thin mattress. A wooden board dug into my back all night. There was no tv in the room and their internet was not available in the lower cabins. We also had no cell service. We were told that they were totally booked but that was a lie. The restaurant was a joke. Two people working there and it took 15 minutes just to place our order and half hour to get the good.

Our cabin was very cozy and bright and the bed was super comfortable.

No cell service and nothing really for a family to do. Food choices were limited and not very good for what we paid.

The view - sunrise/sunset was amazing. The location was perfect.

The bed was not great - very squeaky and uncomfortable. The prices for food was way to expensive and the staff were not very nice. The cabin itself was great and clean.
