The Rabbit Hotel & Retreat

The Classic Lunch was very disappointing and most expensive. The high level ceiling in the dining room could do with a good clean, one of the skylights was covered in cobwebs. Certainly we won’t be in any rush to return.

Spa and food

The staff make this hotel experience!! All were all so friendly , so accommodating and very welcoming . Leah on reception is an exceptional member of staff .. welcoming us to the hotel , showing us to our room , showing us the facilities in the hotel and spa and explaining breakfast times etc...She took time with myself and my daughter , making us feel valued . She invited us to enjoy the complimentary popcorn in reception , let us know that we could come to breakfast in our robes , explained the mud ritual to us and let us know where best to experience the music at night , while enjoying dinner. Ben at the bar was very kind making me an off menu cocktail and had a very easy way with him , making us feel very welcome. Issac, joining Leah at reception added to the professional but cosy, feel of the hotel . Maurice at breakfast was professional, inviting and warm . Charlie in the spa was capable and courteous and gave us good tips on using the mud ritual. There are a few names here , that I can't recall , apologies, as there were others that were so helpful .. especially the night desk man who came up to our room to fix netflix for us !!!!!! A super team of staff.. I've already booked my next stay.

Spa was excellent staff really pleasant Restaurant for evening meal was not nice Breakfast thankfully was good the next morning Shower in the room was cold both at night and in the morning time really disappointing

Excellent hotel with amazing staff very clean and welcoming , spa was very clean as was the bedroom, great food in the bar and restaurant with stunning view's

We had a lovely girls weekend away here. The staff were all super friendly. The spa set up is amazing really, lovely to have such a large outdoor spa, and the bar was a lovely touch. Dinner was absolutely delicious. The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable. They are slightly on the smaller side for the price, but like I mentioned, they are very comfortable.
