Crown Malapascua

There is quite a bit of noise from below from a stadium . This lasts until late at night. Quite an expensive guest house. The bed was probably the best I have ever slept in. Super comfortable.

Good welcome, it’s clean and confortable

The room was cosy with comfy beds, wifi, hot shower and aircon. There was daily housekeeping too to clean the rooms and change the towel. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay! It is also near the dive centres and restaurants so it’s conveniently located. Lovely stay!

shower water pressure is weak but can’t be too fussed staying on the island

- daily cleaning by a friendly cleaning lady - great communication before/during our stay with the property manager Sai - amazing lovely sunset views over the port/trees - you can hear the birds singing in the morning :) - bright room and comfy mattresses - A/C is quite new and efficient/silent at night

Unfortunately this hotel is located above the basketball court of the village, which is used as Multipurpose hall by the locals. They regularly throw parties there until 1-2am and the bass sound system makes it impossible to sleep these nights. Also some morning church sermon is held around 5am every alternate day, and may wake you up. It’s not the owner’s fault but you may want to factor that into consideration if you plan early morning dives or have a sensitive sleep.

You have to climb stairs over a hill, so less ideal for large luggage. Room was missing hangers / wardrobe. Water pressure was low

Spacious, immaculate rooms, with great views (not on the beach, but you are elevated enough for a nice shot at the ocean over a jungle canopy). Attentive, professional staff. Strong A/C. In-room french press coffee/tea, snacks also available. Short walk from the pier and/or to your dive op. Close to many excellent eateries. No TV (it's the '24 US election season, so that's a blessing). 2 dozen big steps and a little path to walk up to get here (it's the highest point on the island after all). Friendly security guard hangs out all night.

I had an amazing time there! The location is perfect, the room spacious, clean, the beds super comfy and Jessa is Great! As well, the view from the Balcony is super beautiful! I recommend!

True to picture, nice room overall and nice view. Staff were nice

Water for shower and washbain was salty and really low, it took us a lot to shower and we were 4. Room was cleaned everyday but they didn’t change us towels once. Sheets were fixed but not cleaned sometimes there were still sands
