Die zentrale Lage des Hotels hat uns gefallen: Das Stadtzentrum ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Strasse hin. Während der Woche gibt es hier viel Verkehr, der im Zimmer gut hörbar ist. In unserem Zimmer liess die Sauberkeit leider zu wünschen übrig: Vogeldreck auf dem Balkongeländer; Kalkablagerungen in der Dusche; Bademäntel, die uns nicht sauber gewaschen erschienen. Unter dem Waschtisch war ein Gerät montiert, das behelfsmässig verkabelt war, wie ein Lautsprecher aussah, gegen die Toilette gerichtet war und auf uns mehr wie eine versteckte Kamera wirkte. Unsere diesbezügliche Anfrage am Empfang war für uns nicht befriedigend.

Pros and cons The staff were very friendly and helpful, great location, good breakfast and bar. However we did have a few issues in our room, which you would not expect from a hotel of that standard. On mentioning to the manager, most of the issues were sorted promptly, very good customer service by Tim, the manager. The view from the room could have been better, directly opposite the multi storey car park and the flat roof of the hotel. The pros out weigh the cons .

Loved everything about this fantastic hotel and excellent staff. The spa was lovely, as were the treatments. Great locations, close to everything.

Great in parts, a few areas need a little attention. It was wonderful to start by being greeted with a glass of prosecco and then to have our room upgraded from a double. As a result, the room is spacious, well kept, with a generous sized bathroom – which, hooray, actually has a bath and a shower. The two sinks are wonderful but set far too low, they desperately need to be about 50cm higher. room. Some of the carpets are overdue for replacement especially the tread on the edge of the stairs in both the first floor and steps in the breakfast area. It was a mixed blessing being in a room which overlooked Green Street – good view, but we didn’t appreciate the strimmer cutting the hedge at 8:30 in the morning, nor the disco on the terrace right outside the room whose throbbing beat loudly and physical vibrations filled our room from 5:30pm, but it did make us get out and find an excellent restaurant nearby.

Stayed three nights & could not fault this hotel. Service was very friendly & efficient. Breakfast was plentiful & delicious, my daughter is vegan & was well catered for. The room was beautifully appointed & spotlessly clean. Lovely outdoor pool. The spa is wonderful, the treatments were great & the pool area so relaxing. Very central to walk to everything - a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and it was our very first visit to the island. We turned up very early, as we took the first flight out of Gatwick and arrived at 8 am at the hotel. The room would not have been ready till 3 pm however, the manager came over and welcomed us very warmly and gave us some tea while we sat in a quiet area. We were immediately welcomed by a lovely receptionist unfortunately I could not remember her name she showed us around everywhere. As the room was not ready, she suggested we leave our luggage there which she kindly labelled up and put in a safe place. We went for a walk and it’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre of town. Numerous shops, lovely cafés and restaurants although, it is a bit pricey but I was expecting that. We got back to the hotel and pleasantly surprised to find that the room was ready and that our luggage had already been moved to our room. We were also welcomed with a glass of Prosecco. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, everything you needed and if you needed anything in reception, it was never any trouble. The highest level of Customer Service. I have seen comments on here that they don’t think it’s five star rating. I don’t know what where they’ve been. To me this was definitely five star. This was our first time to the island, and we were pleasantly surprised how lovely people are we did a couple of the bus tours as, we were only there three days we wanted to find out as much as we could about the background. I highly recommend doing the tools with jersey bus tours. The bus station, is located within 10 minutes walk so you can even get the bus back to rather than a taxi I would definitely come back again since the hotel is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable beds and wonderful service. Thank you again for making us feel special.

Friendly staffs. Nice breakfast. Car park included. Close to the central market. We really enjoyed out stay, it was a shame that we did not have time to enjoy the spa, which would be our goal for the next visit.

The facilities are bit old, the washing basin seemed like it was designed for kids instead of adults, had to bend over everytime!! Pluse the sign of the hotel wasn't very clear when we drove to the entrance, we had to drive around the one way roads for nearly 10 minutes before we finally found the hotel entrance.
