"Hotel was chosen specifically because of pool and steam room so was disappointing that it was not always available for u"

Good quality continental breakfast.

Lack of attention to detail e.g. Bathroom extractor fan broken. Soap dish in shower hanging off wall. No bath robes or slippers provided until requested. Steam room not working on two days and was not very steamy for rest of stay
