This stay was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard we expected. We stayed for one night with friends and booked the Half Board (HB) option, which turned out to be a complete waste of money. Dinner was imposed as a set menu with very limited choices, even though the hotel was full. Options were poor, and the overall experience felt cheap and restrictive. This was particularly frustrating as we had stayed here before and the difference in quality is obvious, the hotel has clearly gone backwards. Restaurant service was painfully slow. The place was clearly understaffed, drinks took far too long to arrive, and the entire dining experience felt poorly managed. This is not something guests should have to excuse or tolerate. Breakfast was just as bad. The buffet had very few options, the coffee machine was broken, and the omelet we ordered arrived so late that we were almost finished eating by the time it came. For a boutique hotel, this is unacceptable and poorly organised. The only positive point was the reception staff, who were polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, that alone cannot compensate for the overall experience. In summary, this hotel does not deliver value for money, and the Half Board option should be avoided entirely. Based on this stay, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting decent food, efficient service, or a well-managed dining experience.

All was good, just wish the staff would communicate at breakfast. I had to keep on asking for cooked breakfast every time that I wanted something.

Localizarea într-un spațiu și zona f frumoasă, totul verde, foarte aranjat și exotic, în mijlocul unei lagune, cu vedere la aceasta și la ocean. Bineînțeles trebuie să ai o mașină sau să folosești un taxi pentru a te putea deplasa la diferite obiective sau plaje.
