Appartamento su due piani con 3 camere e 4 bagni, perfetto per 4 persone, molto spazioso. C’è il ristorante che permette di avere colazione e cena, non abbiamo mai usufruito della piscina

L’appartamento non era molto pulito e avremmo voluto un cambio in più degli asciugamani. La posizione non è comodissima ma se si noleggia una macchina non ci sono problemi. Per il prezzo pagato a noi è andata più che bene

Lieu atypique. L endroit est incroyable. Le personnel très gentil. Le resto japonais est top. Le personnel du spa est top aussi.. Le tour en bateau est sympa aussi. Le gros intérêt est la situation originale à port chambly. L'entrée de l'hôtel est magnifique et l'accueil très chaleureux.

The buffet dinner, no choice for menu

New Years Eve Buffet was excellent and the setting for dinner was beautiful, well done - all other meals were great except for the Curry Buffet - it did not feel authentic, felt like it was left overs made into curry but overall a great 2 days to chill and relax. Great spa. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Good team of people.

The apartments are not 4 star they are 3 star if not 2 star

L’accueil du personnel

Propreté laisse à désirer avec une odeur dans une des chambres ainsi qu’une saleté apparente et une vétusté avancée. La piscine avait un niveau de clore trop élevé ce qui a entraîné picotements des yeux anormale Prise électrique sortie du mur, rideaux étrangement sale à la base Hôtel semblait peu fréquenté mais les parties communes étaient propres.
