"The worst place, dirty and bad management. Thieves"

The worst place I have ever stayed in nothing to like!

The place is very dirty! The staff are thieves and the managers do nothing about it. My sunglasses got missing in the spa after I left them for less than 5 minutes when I reported to the management team they watched the cctv and they said I can go report to the police the day I was checking out, knowing very well I was flying out the same day. The five stars reviews are fake as they force people to give them 5 stars reviews, Danish a waitress at the restaurant literally selected 5 stars while I was about to give them a review as he requested and asked me to scan the qr code for the review I immediately stopped him and said I will write at my own time. The building is extremely dirty and the rooms are dirty as well. The lake is full of algae not a pleasant sight at all! The food I ate at the restaurant was cold! Gosh save your money don’t book this place!

"Bâtiments à l'abandon demande des rénovations"

La première chambre très sale, visiter d'autres dans même état avec des nids de guêpes la 5eme peut convenable toujours avec des nids de guêpes on m'a conseillé de ne pas ouvrir la fenêtre.
