The Address Boutique Hotel

The hotel was very good in terms of service and views, but location is a disadvantage.

Location, cleaniliness of rooms.

Une belle vue sur la mer la rivière, lieu paisible. Appartement grand, cosy. Personnel disponible et l'écoute du client.

The property is quiet with 2 very good restaurants , a spa and a gymnasium, the proximity to Port Louis and public beaches is a plus. The staff was really friendly, helpful and professional, their presence made up for the stay.

The property could use some refreshing, an upgrade and the cleaning service should do a much better job to be amongst the 4 stars category; in my room some furnitures were stained and had no longer any business being there; the TV didn’t have any channels to offer; the breakfast buffet came somewhat short in just about everything, for example, the coffee served from the coffee machine was far from the best quality.

The room was dusty. My pillowcase had a hole. There was mold on the curtains. When I shared feedback this wasn’t attended to. There were better options at the same price point. The hotel has been poorly maintained.

La literie, la propreté, les équipements, la décoration sont très médiocres. Le carrelage dans la chambre est ébréché. La propreté n’est pas à la hauteur. Le buffet du jeudi était plus que médiocre, le petit déjeuner était décevant. Nous avons attendus plus de 20 minutes pour un café car la machine était en panne. Les omelettes manquent de saveur. Le choix n’était pas au rdv. Les produits d’hygiène sont peu nombreux. Pas de dentifrice ou brosse à dent. Pas de soirée le week-end, juste un pianiste qui est parti à 20h30 au grand max. Très Triste pour un week-end sous les tropiques!
