I booked the property 10 days before my trip and I got confirmation from the booking.com. However when I arrived to the hotel an adult man met me and told me that they are overbokked and there is no available room. I just stayed outside and looked for another places. Such a annoying behavior.

They gave me a very small room and i objected, they changed to a larger room. The sheets were not clean maybe already used. I go back for dinner when i came back and entered my room, there were some other guests. The hotel guy gave my room to this group because they were more crowded, and collected my stuff and put it to the initial room. I said this very unusual and he cannot change without my consent, he said to me "you can go out to some other hotel" at 22:45.

"Disgusting place"

The room was very small. No chairs or table, just 2 beds and nothing else. Right near the window the neighbours build a huge something and is very noisy and dusty all day. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything from other rooms. The sheets were very dirty and full of hair. The owner, an old man, was very unpolite, he come in the middle of the night and woke us up.

"My deeply unsettling experience has thoroughly convinced me that ths apartment should be blacklisted"

Absolutely nothing. There is not an option to give a negative value, else I would have given it. He wanted us to pay extra for overstaying for a hour. He even locked my husband with him in a room and threatened him to not let him out if he doesn't pay. Only when I yelled at him to let my husband out from outside the apartment, did he let him out. This was a horrible experience no one should undergo in a foreign land. These people are a bunch of hooligans who shouldn't be allowed to run guesthouses. Booking.com should strictly blacklist such properties who threaten the very safety of customers.

I would strongly advise against staying in the apartment I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting. Located in an unnerving neighborhood, the place not only lacked basic amenities but was overseen by an extremely unpleasant owner. Access to the apartment was a genuine challenge with no elevator available and extremely narrow staircases to navigate. The sheer audacity of not providing any assistance with luggage, especially in such conditions, was nothing short of appalling. Furthermore, when I attempted to contact the number provided to us, they kept rerouting us to a supposed 'actual owner', causing much confusion and uncertainty. Moving on to the apartment itself, it was utterly bereft of even rudimentary amenities. There were no dustbins, no kettles, not even a simple footrug in the bathroom. The owner's greed knew no bounds, charging for the usage of a television which was advertised as part of the room. Perhaps the most infuriating aspect was the underhanded tactics employed by the owner. We had booked the apartment specifically for its advertised kitchen, washing machine, and luggage storage facilities. However, upon arrival, we were informed that all those 'free facilities' would in fact cost us extra. We were supplied only two towels for a four-person room and charged extra for any more. Another significant issue was the lack of hot water supply to the sink, thus compelling us to rinse with icy cold water. Plus, the absence of toiletries like shampoo was an added inconvenience. The defective shower head, which sprayed water outside the bath onto the wooden floor, was the final straw that almost ruined our entire stay. But the cherry on the top of this disastrous stay was the owner's unbecoming and even threatening behavior. When we pointed out the broken shower head, he demanded we pay for the damage. He kicked our luggage and scared my children with his belligerent attitude.
