There is a small kitchen, so we felt like at home. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. Clean room and convenient location. Metro station is at walking distance.

It was little difficult to find the property.

We were 4 friends there to watch ufc event at night but we heard little baby crying literally behind our wall, there were another people living there with toddler. For that reason we felt bad to stay there and we decided to leave. We had to get another house so i would like to get compensation of what i have paid. Staff were super friendly and lovely but unfortunately things didn’t work out.

The hotel uses what we would call electric 'camping showers'. These showers are are unable to heat the cold water in the morning. Count on a cold shower!

Its terrible experience.I wrote to the owner in the morning BEFOREHAND that my flight would be at night and asked him to take care about our late check in. The hotel was really difficult to find at night by the navigation. The taxy driver left us at 3 am in the middle of the street which was showen by application. But there was no hotel. I called to the owners father(its a family hotel where they live) and he told me that he cancelled my booking without informing me and booking.com and just gave my room to someone from the street.And he offered to bring me to another more expencive hotel and asked me if i was ready to pay for it and that one night its too short staying. I was staying with a child at night at 3am at the frost,without friends in Tbilisi,without local sim card for calls,local currensy cash and he was really not pleasant and welcoming for us.I asked if he was going to leave woman with child in the unknown city at night? And belive me he was ready without hesitation. Finally he took us to their another hotel and i had to pay in cash 20 euro instead of 14. And if i hadnt had it? The bedlinen was not clean and the WC had incredible smell of URINA. The blanket was thin. The wather heater was current so the water was cold,it was complicated to manage it and to take a shower. But we had no choice. At noon we left
