We got off the plane and arrived at the hotel at 2 am. The hotel owner scolded us for coming so late. He took the fee from 43.66 euros on booking as 45 euros. We had to stay there because we couldn't find another place at 2 am. the toilet was not working, the shower was inside the toilet and there was no space, there was a disgusting sewage smell, they did not even give slippers, everywhere was filthy, there were human hairs on the bed, the pillow smelled disgusting and had not been washed, the inside of the hotel smelled like bacon. I called to request payment for the remaining 2 days, they said no and hung up on me. I booked this hotel from here and it seriously tarnishes your name. You have entered a 4-star hotel, the hotel does not even have a name at the entrance. If my grievance is not resolved, I will complain about both you and the hotel.

The propert was good, but the location was the issue, it was located in a street dead end, difficult to find

Room is quite big and clean, good value for money

Walk way to the place is not good, toilet door cannot be closed properly, mosquito net is defected

The room was very clean. The only option left was the quadruple room was very spacious. From the bathroom you can even see the cathedral! The location is only a 5 min walk from the bus station to Yerevan.

Kitchen facilities were minimal. We messaged in advance our arrival time, but there was no staff to check us in. We waited about 20 mins
