I arrived at the hotel only to be notified on the spot that due to overbooking we would not be able to move in. The representative's tone was quite hostile and no apologies were made for the inconvenience created by the hotel. Conversely, treatment from the host made us feel like we were the party at fault.

It was clean and close to old town Tbilisi. The price for a night was also cheap.

There were no thick curtains, only tulle; so when the light was on, you could see the room from the outside. The toilet was extremely cold, and there was no hot water coming from the shower head. There was only hot water coming from the sink, but it was boiling hot because of the device they put in. I can say this about the coldness of the toilet: Since there was no bathtub, the floors got wet when we first tried the water, and the mirror steamed up because of the hot water in the sink. The water on the floor and the steam on the mirror stayed there for 2 days because of the cold. For this reason, we had to go to Bath in Tbilisi and used the toilets outside. The room was also cold when we arrived. The room only really warmed up on the 3rd day. Although it has advantages such as proximity to the city and reasonable price, I don't understand how it got this score. It is not a place I would choose again.

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated just 3 to 5 minutes away from the metro, with a Spar supermarket nearby.

However, my overall experience was very disappointing due to the following issues: 1. Unprofessional Behavior: The admin was extremely rude. When we called to ask about our room, he dismissed us with, "If you like, stay or leave," without considering that we had a child with us and nowhere else to go in the middle of the night. 2. Room Discrepancies: We booked a room with three single beds but were given a room with only two beds. The room was cramped, uncomfortable, and not suitable for three people or a family with a child. 3. Noise Disturbance: The room's soundproofing was terrible. Since we were visiting the country, we stayed out late and tried to sleep during the morning. Unfortunately, the noise from nearby construction and the loud movements of other guests in adjacent rooms made it impossible to rest. 4. Lack of Amenities: There was no floor heater in the bathroom, making it unbearably cold at night. The window blinds didn’t block out light, and the shared balcony compromised privacy. 5. Misleading Information: The pictures online were deceiving. The bathroom was very small, and the water heater rarely worked, requiring us to call the host every time we needed to use it. 6. Kitchen Issues: The so-called common kitchen lacked essential appliances like an oven, making it highly inconvenient. 7. False Star Rating: This is not a 4-star hotel as advertised. The quality of service and facilities doesn't justify such a rating, so don't be misled. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money. The poor service, lack of amenities, and noisy environment made my stay unpleasant. I do not recommend staying here.

I have already given my information that I will arrive booking next day morning as per my flight timing he say ok then he given surprise no room available luckily my driver is good he found another hotel for in morning 5:30 AM. This location and hotel guy very bad… better find another hotel if you’re coming…
