Lovely site and accommodation, very spacious and clean. Brilliant views and great walks on your doorstep. Has everything you need for a get away with the added bonus of a lovely restaurant on site.

the location was absolutely outstanding!! absolutely gorgeous, the Grand Suite was perfection and the 2 lovely ladies that were working were so accommodating , brilliant staff , everyone is so friendly!

Noise from the restaurant, creeped my son out

Located in a picturesque valley. Plenty of space in the living area. Well equipped kitchen. Good strong WiFi signal which allowed us to access our own music. Staff were quickly on hand to sort out a fire alarm which had tripped during the night. The keys were ready in the door for our arrival so I didn't have to worry about checking in. Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits were a nice touch as well as the shower gel and shampoo. Air hockey table was great, enjoyed that.

Nothing too major. No hooks for towels when outside at the hot tub. People visiting the restaurant can see into your hot tub, we weren't overly fussed but feel it ruins the magic of having your own hot tub. When in the hot tub you have a view of the reception which has their supplies stacked up against a window. Again ruined the atmosphere for me, staring at toilet rolls. One bed was extremely firm and the other was very soft. Felt like Goldilocks trying to work out what one was best. You can also hear other guests in their hot tubs if you go to bed early as well as their music. The lighting was a bit annoying. You could either have the big light on or off. If you had it off it was only lit by a giant version of the Pixar lamp which was too much in our face. Dimmer switches or having the option to leave the kitchen spotlights on would have provided a warmer atmosphere at night. Bathrooms were nice, but I'm glad I had booked after I had my baby because there was no way I'd get past the shower screen, very small gap (be warned)

Property was lovely, came with a group of 4 and was perfect for us. The area was private and spacious surrounded by lovely views especially in the hot tub. The hosts were also very welcoming and accommodating.

Restaurant attached is only open a couple of days a week however full kitchen supplied so wasn’t an issue. Roads to the property very thin and windy going to and from Pitlochry if leaving Kirkmicheal.

Very large living area, great for relaxing with family. Plenty of space for 4 adults and one small dog. Hot tub was a real added bonus .

Absolutely amazing stay. Beautiful views and a comfortable night. Great to get optional extras of our birthday balloons and a late check out too.

Everything was great. Did not need staff about our lodge so can't comment, but I imagine lovely. Since we arrived in the evening, it was a bit misleading to know where to park at night time so maybe some directions or something with a light would help.

Beautiful location. Very quaint. The Grand suite was amazing. Even bigger than wr anticipated. Well worth the money. The staff were extremely helpful. Especially the ground manager.

Leaving for England

The lodge is good for a family and feels like a proper log cabin, the hot tub was probably the best part and the rooms were really warm and had comfy beds, the air hockey table was good as well and had everything else we needed.

It wasnt private as we thought it would be, when we were sat in the hot tub we had people walking past us the whole time to the bar even trying to talk to us, we could hear banging and scraping from the bar next door in the lodge all night which we ended up taking videos of as the walls were really thin it was setting off our dog and woke our son up, the noise carried on both nights we stayed so we couldn't enjoy ourselves, there wasn't as many cooking facilities like pans and trays as we'd like so we had to make different meals to what we planned and you had to buy your own wood for the wood fire from the local shop which wasn't advertised. The noise was definitely the worst part don't bring your dogs if they're set off by noise as they'll keep you up all night.
