"The staff is phenomenal."

The facility is fantastic the pools, hot tub are great the food is excellent the room was everything we wanted the location was convenient and central with ample parking. But what really makes this place stand out is the staff. Starting at check in. I knew they were something special. They are positive and bend over backwards to be helpful. From the bartenders who make fantastic concoctions with fresh ingredients to the desk staff that goes over and above to make sure you have everything to make your stay pleasant. My daughter forgot her bag and they arranged to have it shipped to my house for me. They are the absolute best

has all amenities we needed. relaxing place in the heart of Monteverde. great restaurant on-site. breakfast included was important for us and it was amazing.
