A pleasant place to stay. The room is large and cool. Air conditioning works perfectly, and there's also a fan. The breakfast is great with several options. Fresh water is available all day. The room doesn't have a refrigerator. The hotel doesn't serve lunch or dinner, but there are several restaurants nearby. The beach is a two-minute walk from the property and is beautiful. You can snorkel on the reef right there. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The property is within walking distance of the jetty. I went to Tioman for diving, and I could also walk to the dive center. The beach is also just around the corner. It's a rather basic property, but it offers everything you need.

It is good value and good location!

I didn’t find the personnel very friendly or kind. The bathroom was also inconvenient as the shower goes directly onto the toilet

The staff friendly and really helpful.

The location. The new jetty is quite far away. At first we really thought it's a short distance as it mention. So we had to walk for 15 minutes with our heavy luggage to the resort.

the staff was kind. There was a good Aircon.

There were better hotels for better price elsewhere in the island (for example, Paya Resort, in Paya). Breakfast was quite limited and inconsistent. No daily cleaning service, and no offer to change our towels, despite being in there for 5 days. Activities offerred from reception seemed more expensive than those offerred in the village. I didn't like the shower / toilet layout, which gets the entire bathroom wet. I thought this was really expensive for what it was, so I wouldn't recommend.

Breakfast provided, with unlimited coffee and tea suppl. Location of the resort was good, easy to locate it, side of main road. Few hundreds meter from Ferry jetty.

Breakfast not buffet style, limited choices, only one choice per person, not meet my expectations for the price.
