Special thanks to the staff for their kindness and helpful suggestions and also for arranging our snorkeling and jungle tours! The resort is very well located and very clean. Beware of sandflies on the beach apply plenty of repellant.

The location is very near to many facilities and easy to find. Walking distance from the ferry terminal

The cleanliness need to be improved a bit. In general the rooms are OK.

We had a family room with two bedroom connected, it was a spacious room with fan and air-conditioned. The location is good that walking 1 mins to arrive beach .

The floor were abit sticky while we checked in.

Room ok! Fan + air conditioning which is good, spacious and clean nickel bedding On the other hand, no socket next to the bed! And deserted hotel and the restaurant also deserted no menu for breakfast in the morning so it was difficult to understand what there was to eat... I ended up with only 2 pieces of toast... they only had rice.

it was really desert! no one welcomes, only housekeeping staff, nothing to keep the resort alive.

Very tidy, large, and spacious, clean room. It has a kettle, water, coffee, tea. Faiž is extremely kind, from the moment of check-in, throughout each and every day, always professional, courteous, cheerful, and ready to help for anything needed. Hotel is very good located, close to the ferry port and, less then 50 meters from the beach. All recommendations for Papaya resort, we would definitely come again.

Frendly staff, clean, close to beach, relaxed atmosphere. Good place to wind down.

Would have been nice to get more toilet paper and empty trash once during stay.
