The rooms were nice looking

The breakfast was awful. It was eggs and Toast every day. We stayed there for 5 nights and i could not see it anymore. There was No Juice, fruits or vegetables. We talked about the breakfast many times to the staff, but they didnt care. The room was not cleaned once during our stay. We had to ask for a cleaning and even then he spend 5 min in the room and left out the bathroom. The Hotel does not have a chill out area, where you can spend time with Friends. So it is way to expensive and not costumer friendly. The beds were way too hard for a light wooman, but the saff could not help with this Problem either. We would not recommend it.

Clean. By the beach and yet close to Tekkek busy area. Friendly and helpful staff.

Maybe to improve a bit more in proactive communication. Things are not always obvious for all your customers ;)

The location is great, a few meters to the beach and walking distance to the port. The rooms are quite spacious and the a/c is working well. The staff is nice, but only one speaks English which can make the communication challenging sometimes.

The breakfast is very poor and always the same, no fresh fruit/vegetables/juices/yogurts or other options available. There is no wifi in the rooms, you may manage to connect in the common areas every now and then. Clean towels provided only after 3-4 days.

Very nice and big rooms. Papaya resort is only about 50 m from the beach, right behind Tioman Cabana. Very good location.

No fridge and no Wifi in the room. That could be improved.
