"Tired building, poor ventilation in bedroom, lack of gluten free options, lovely staff."

Rooms were clean and tidy and bathroom very good

Widows would not open, fan was small and inadequate - it was very hot. Despite requesting gluten free provision for breakfast the only gluten free option available was a vegetarian breakfast consisting of three veg sausages and three eggs - I am unable to eat eggs so that was a pretty unappetising option. It is easy to keep gluten free bread in the freezer and very easy to create a gf breakfast options - I would be happy to provide examples.

I had my 81 year old uncle with me he found the stairs up to the bedroom difficult
