Lake Lounge Rooms

2nd booking here and extended further. Would recommend

Clean. Well priced. Well located.

Above a very noisy bar/disco that continued well into the night (Saturday). I half expected this though it was louder and later than expected.

This is in a superb location just by the lake. The parking makes it a good base, but can be a bit tight on occasions. Park up and walk and enjoy the surroundings. We stayed in the apartment. It could do with a bit of a refresh in places, but that doesn't detract from what's on offer. We extended our stay whilst there.

A function was on at the property the night we stayed, this really should of been stated with the advertisement for the room so people can make more of an informed decision as to whether this room is right for their needs. We were told on arrival that a function was on that night, and it might be a bit loud but it won't go on for long into the night. Well even for a bank holiday Sunday it was loud until 2am, then we could hear what sounded like a lock in.......we're no strangers to a good party and wouldn't of turned down being invited to said "party".....but the advertisement should of been more honest and clear about the noise. Plus no hair dryer and no mirror in the main room. It was a nice little room and clean but what let it down was lack of honest information about the noise and the price for a noisy room. If this room was reduced a little more to compensate for the late racket we wouldn't of complained.

Be upfront about how noisy the venue will be or reflect that in price.

The property was well located, with great access to where we needed. The room was clean and tidy and the staff were more than helpful. They allowed an early check in and were on hand to assist.

The bathroom was slightly small. But for one night was adequate.

Location was great and food was really good in the restaurant. Staff were really friendly. I'd recommend it and would stay again!
