"Littleborough lake "Lakes"."

Location ideal for our one night stay. Food was good and plentiful.

Room was small and ensuite even more so. Fortunately my wife and I are average size so not a problem but taller and or larger persons might struggle.

"Nice property but terrible noise control"

The service was great, very friendly. And the room was great, small but exactly what I needed.

There was a lot of music coming from down stairs, very loud, until 1.30am, which made sleeping and getting rest for running a marathon the next day impossible. Also, there was no room instructions, with the shower needing a degree to work properly and I had to go downstairs hunting for the WiFi password

"Great location, price and well presented"

Wonderful staff, informative and friendly, just couldn't do better. Room was bijou but modern and well equipped. The staff kindly made a covered space for me to park my scooter as a was attending a rally the next day.

The rooms are above a busy restaurant and as I stayed on a Friday evening I was expecting it to be a little noisy so it wasn't an issue for me.

Lovely view and room

The walls are paper thin my 11 year old daughter could hear the couples enjoying themselves And it was quite hot overnight
