The staff is consistent and considerate, We dont speak spanish but we always work it out, Maintenence does a great job pools and landscaping are beautifully cared for. front desk staff and kichen and servers, always have a smile and kindness. I was here in February and came back to Kaana surf for a week, because they do an amazing job!

Cama cómoda, almohadas cómodas, habitación limpia. Piscina limpia.

Lamentablemente la comida salada, aunque sus hamburguesas muy buenas. Creo que en cocina deben mejorar. Tienen con qué.

Service was poor and the rooms did not meet what was described online. The power went out for over 12 hours and there was no water in the until. Ants, mosquitoes and flys were in the room and bed. I would not recommend to ever stay here

Es un hotel precioso, limpio, lujoso y con un ambiente espectacular, la comida es deliciosa, hice todas mis comidas en el hotel y todo muy rico, el personal fue muy amable y la vista desde el jacuzzi del segundo nivel es increíble, seguro volveré porque la pasé muy bien
