The staff is very helpful in every way. The hotel is clean and our ocean front suite was incredible. Eric does an amazing job and gave us excellent recommendations. We would stay here again if ever return to Galápagos. The free breakfast was delicious. Best eggs in all of the islands

Delicious food and great location! Options are plentiful. I really enjoyed the pizza, filet minon, and pasta. I ate there three nights in roes because it was so delicious. It is located near the port in the center of town making it easily accessible.

Breakfast was very mediocre. Building site next door drilling and grinding from early till late, even on Christmas Day.

Didn't stay at the hotel, but had a very good meal on the sidewalk restaurant. The staff were attentive. The menu has most of the usual fare, but some extras eg falafal and teriyaki chicken salas would VR difficult to find elsewhere. The starter we ordered (wanton), was unavailable, so we just ordered mains. Very tasty indeed. Friendly staff. Highly recommend this place when you visit San Cristóbal

Great location. Friendly staff. But most importantly, they went above and beyond when helping us work through a booking mishap. They helped us coordinate options that they weren’t even involved in booking for us. Highly recommend.
