Good location nice and clean great valve for money

It was great location as travelled up for a wedding and not far from there Had great evening entertainment and breakfast was great

Comfortable beds. Location good.

Not enough sockets in the rooms. Hotel clearly needed updating.

Bed uncomfortable very small double,no hair dryer, kettle doesn't pour properly,got to hand key in every time you go out and collect on return.

It was a lovely staff were brilliant and helpfull Looking forward to return again

Poached eggs not cooked and no parking facility.

My wife booked this for my friend and I for the Weston Beach Race back last year. We booked a triple room. But on arrival the rude member of staff argued that a double was booked. Even on presenting the booking and showing we booked a triple. She refused to issue a triple as they didn't have one and plus there was only two of us(in her words). Myself and my friend and no way we were sharing a bed. She then went on to say we only paid £345 for the 3 nights, when they are going for £180.00 a night that weekend. (Weston Beach Race). The lady was dame right rude, not only to us but everyone else who arrived at reception. I will never stay here again. The room was discussing, beds uncomfortable, and overall need a refurb. But most importantly a course in customer service wouldn't go a miss.
