Great location

Only had room only as was at an event .

Location. Right by the beach and the pier

Very run down and dated. The bed was lumpy, the extractor in the en-suite didn’t work, staff were smoking and coughing outside the window. 2 out of the 3 rooms I booked had blocked toilets. The area behind the receptionists was messy and gave a bad first impression which didn’t improve.

Expensive for a tired, dirty hotel that did not include breakfast. Staff difficult about adding breakfast

Very dated. Cracks in walls. Shower tray overflows because of blocked plug hole. Staff were not very welcoming. Came back after 11pm and had to wait 25minutes for night porter to let me in and this seemed like a chore for him! Book somewhere else.

The hotel is situated in a good location with good views and easy access to get to pier front.

Awful weekend as it was really warm and couldn’t have windows open for air in room due too mass amounts of ladybirds infestation that weekend it was crazy. The room was filthy and bedding dirty with stains on. Bed was uncomfortable actually gave me a bad back after stay. No one on reception when wanting to report issues. The gentleman that worked through the night was a polite gentleman when finally got to see someone on reception. Had to go down twice to get room cards done as kept not working.

Great location, stay every year, staff friendly and helpfull.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful cant wait to go back there 😀
