Great location, intimate with only 4 joglos, staff extremely friendly and helpful

Perhaps the towels could be refreshed, but everything else was perfect

Only a single night as it was booked up. Spacious, hut's are seperated so no noise from the neighbours. The pool is amazing, hands down one of the best. Breakfast is OK nothing special. Internet is fast. Close to eateries. Scooter rental.

Pool is closed quite early despite asking what time the pool is closed and a member of staff the mum or the manager, said all night if you want. Pool lights are shut before 8pm. Found no one around after 8pm. I did manage to get the pool open again including the lights and filtering till close on dead on 10pm. I found maybe the mum or the manager a little rude not customer friendly. No empathy, no friendlyness. It was like just a business transaction. Take the pool for example, came dead on 10pm,she came up to me saying are you finish as I want to close up. Obviously, said yes but wanted to just sit in the pool relax and admire the surroundings and stars. But I felt I had to finish up and head to my hut. Another example, knowing the check out is at 11am on check in and confirmed with the manager/owner. During breakfast the next day, she came up and asked when I'm I checking out. Obviously said 11am, did not say anything like how are you, did you sleep well. Granted only booked one night, but would have stayed a week, but how I was treated looking back glad I only had one night. I moved to a real family bungalows down the road and that was very loving, stayed 6 nts. Also the hot water is irratic even though it's a mixer shower, too hot or too cold, doesn't mix well. External neighbours was noisy either chanting, or the dogs was barking. A little construction noise across the road. Noise from the road which is a main road, scooters and taxis zooming past, note the hut's are not soundproof, that can kill the relaxation. The two lads are great sadly limited English. One of the gave me a lift to my next accommodation which was kind of him.

Wayan and her staff were so friendly and helpful. Such a lovely place to stay, so peaceful and close to everything.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and was super clean and comfortable. Very surprised to have this standard in a jungle/island location but the staff keep the rooms spotless. Thank you to Wayan for treating me like a daughter & looking after me through till the end. Sending a big love to you & your lovely team ❤️

The man who is helping out with transport that is the staff brother really scammed me on my transport to Gili meno.

Best hotel during my Bali trip. The owner will do her best to make you feel like home. She is the kindest person in the Island. She will make sure that everything is alright. My room was beautiful and well equiped. It was really an amazing place to stay. Always super clean and tidy. There are also two little cute dogs.

Room, pool & breakfast are all great, but highlight was Wayan who is super helpful & friendly. She accommodated our every need 👍

Very clean and everything was available needed, fridge, towel rack etc. Excellent bathroom, good airconditioning and very comfortable bed. The best of it all, Wayan as a hostess was very pleasent and helpful.
