The place and the hosts were amazing

The breakfast is the best one we had in Guatemala. The location is nice with the lake just beside

The landlords had many bad experiences in the past so they give you a lot of rules in not always a friendly tone (the man specifically). All the rules were ok for us, however they simply refused to keep our backpack for a few hours (first time it happened to us after 10 years). It was really inconvenient for our activities after the check out and it did not leave us the best feeling at the end.

Inexpensive and the breakfast is free. Generally quiet.

My third stay and it feels like the hotel has gone downhill a bit. Only one towel even though there were two of us. I had to ask to get change back (weird). Breakfast freshly made but cold. WiFi hit or miss. I think next time I’ll stay closer to town.

Good location close to the beach.

Not the most welcoming hosts we’ve had in Central America. Bathroom is dirty. And there is stagnant water everywhere on the property with mosquitoes posing a health hazard. Cover the water!

The owner was lovely and the breakfast was great and included in the price! Great value, would stay again and recommend to friends.
