Hotel Arrasate by gaiarooms

Handtücher und Kissee. waren gut.

Kein Personal, kein Frühstück, sehr hellhörig nach innen und nach außen, sehr Abgewohnt z.B verrostete Klopapierhalter, kaputte übergangsleisten. Sehr heißes zimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Eher eine günstige Absteige, ruft aber gehobene Preise auf (Juni).

La cama era cómoda y la habitación amplia. Esta bien ubicado.

No hay personal en recepción ni para hacer el chekin. Las cortinas de ducha en un hotel me parece antihigiénico.

We had expected parking which there wasn’t. A festival was taking place locally so no on street parking anywhere and hadn’t realised there would be no reception to ask for help. Tried to ring eventually linked through WhatsApp but the person who answered was in another city and told us about car parks we couldn’t access with our trike. Roads were closed so trying to follow hotels online directions took us into pedestrian zone. With no parking a 3 floor room with luggage was too difficult so left it on trike which made it more vulnerable- had to park illegally in the end as could find nowhere. Couldn’t eat locally due to festival so bought beer and bread from local supermarket. Bed was very comfortable but due to anxiety over vehicle unable to sleep. Proved to be our most expensive stay of our holiday and sadly the most disappointing. After a long days travelling on a trike we had hoped for easy parking and easy access so not what we expected. Listings should make it clearer hotel us in pedestrianised zone with no parking

Desayuno no incluido, en una cafetería cercana (muy bien). 2 botellitas de agua nuevas en la nevera cada día

Ubicación en una plaza muy ruidosa, las ventanas y paredes apenas protegen acústicamente, el baño olía mal, mobiliario y decoración de pensión de pueblo, parece que con la anterior propiedad ha vivido tiempos mejores...

De não ter contacto pessoal com ninguém. E da falta de ar condicionado quando estavam trinta e tal graus, mesmo de noite.
