Quality Cabins Monteverde

The view of trees, the bed was very comfortable although the pillows were like a rock.

NO WIFI! THEY STATE “HIGH SPEED INTERNET” its a lie! I never had internet the entire stay.

Great Cabin with a fantastic balcony at tree level. the room is big with mutiple bedding (Cabin 2)

Dogs from the property behind a bit too noisy, the parling lot for cabin 2 a bit difficult with big car. A bit faraway from city center, car is mandatory to access city center.

The cabins were beautiful, we loved all the windows. It felt like we were I. The jungle.

We had no wifi. There were huge winds. Almost constantly - shook trees against the frame. Very loud. Entry, drive and parking required a very very small vehicle. We had little hot water in the shower. But it was clean and the bed the bed was fabulous. Good mattress and large! Great!

Loved the style of cabins. We absolutely loved the open windows and feeling secluded. They were clean, there was some basic breakfast (eggs, oatmeal and juice) supplied in the cabin.

Our only complaint was the cold showers and the neighbours dogs were loud barking in the night

Immediately after we made the reservations, the owner sent us a very detailed explanation of the facilities, parking, and other necessary information. The owner used What’s App and replied to our questions immediately. Although breakfast was not included, he left eggs, milk, juice, oatmeal, crackers and coffee. He was very hospitable, kind, and available. Quality accommodations. I highly recommend Quality Cabins Monteverde

Amazing location and the house! Surrounded by the trees, with huge wall glass, you feel like you sleep in the nature. The house is very spacious, the 5 of us had plenty of space. Very nice gesture of basic supplies in the kitchen: juice, milk and snacks.

The service needs improvement - there is no reception desk, the whole communication happens by WhatsApp. We had to strongly insist to get the bedsheets for the 5th family member, even if it was within check-in hours. The notification of the problem with the shower upon arrival did not even get acknowledged, let alone any try of repairing it. Result? Cold showers from the pipe sticking out of the wall for 2 days...

Good location. You will feel like you are staying in the middle of a forest. Enough space for the 4 member family with 2 washrooms. The fridge was stocked with basic essentials which was really appreciated.

If it is a windy night you won’t get much sleep as it is quite loud with the branches against the glass windows. A few bugs also got inside which would be expected due to the tropical environment.
