Hotel Trópico Monteverde

Upon arrival our host Nancy was very attentive and accommodating to all our needs. The hotel is small and all of the rooms have a view of the beautiful lake. The sunsets were amazing. The restaurant was able to prepare vegetarian/gluten free lunch and dinner options for us. We ate our breakfasts in nearby restaurants due to the fact that we are vegan and don’t eat fruit and milk products. Nancy gave us great recommendations in restaurants and excursions. They also have a massage room so if you have time for a good massage you can book it right on the property. All and all a great 3 nights in Monte Verde exploring the natural beauty of the cloud forest, zip lining and hiking in the near by mountains.

Nice location just outside town with a nice view, restaurant was very good, room was good size, and ataff were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay

Located between the main road and another road meant noise of traffic was not great… keeping us awake at night 😬😬

The location is phenomenal! Hotel is easily accessible for this area and the view is gorgeous. Jose and his staff are personable and accommodating and very professional. The property is beautiful!

This place has only 5 rooms and there is a restaurant open to the general public. Each room is an individual cabin and is very spacious. There is a lovely view of the cloud Forest.

Everything was nice
