Little Lochan Lodge

This is a little gem, we really didn't know what to expect "but we certainly were not disappointed" The beautiful setting and the comfort of the bed complete with a dual control electric blanket, we were spoiled. The ambiance and tranquility of the rural setting bring's you at one with nature.

There is nothing that could have been done better, the hosts were more than helpful and offered if we had any problems like lighting the stove they were there to assist. Every conceivable aspect was thought of, as was attention to detail leaving our stay a pleasant experience. Would we return if we were ever back in the area ? "in a heartbeat"

Super location, great quality bed and sheets. Nice touches all around mean you are provided with everything you could need.

The weather but that's out of scope.

This lodge is a hidden gem, we love to take time away from the noise of the city to come here and relax, connect with nature, hillwalking and slow pace down. The lodge is fully equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable. Hazel and Alastair are very welcoming and they provide the best guest experience. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back as soon as we can!

It was in an incredible location- the lodge itself was beautiful and cosy. An incredible retreat from normal life

The toilets were a bit strange and very cold late and night and early in the morning but all part of the experience. Wouldn’t have changed a thing
