There was not to many people.

We make a simple request that was denied. Also, high levels of music form a nearby property didn't make a comfortable sleep for us. Asked for a room change, but it was not possible.

La ubicación y la zona verde

La comida malísima, la atención pésima, la habitación descuida, ventanas sin celosias y cortinas rotas, piscinas sucias, estación de café sucia, sin oferta de productos para pasar la tarde, los alimentos de la carta malisimos y muy costoso. Debo decir que quede absolutamente extrañada, pues conozco varios hoteles de la cadena Bernalo, en todos me había ido excelente. Este fue pésimo.

El espejo de agua para niños

La alimentación no es la mejor, la atención no es la mejor, el aire acondicionado no funcionó correctamente, no cuenta con agua caliente, la zona del del sanitario y lavamanos la entregaron mojada
