location

The parking situation was non existent most of the time, and trying to get in and out of the property was painful. I expected more for a balcony room, but all the rooms had the same balcony. Small with a huge hot fan you coundnt escape. However the view from the rooms and balcony was beautiful. The beds were decent and the cleanliness was good. It’s was over all ok, but pricey for what you get.

Loved the location on Playa Panteon! Small balcony overlooking ocean! Staff wonderful!

Not a lot of dining options for dinner. Had to take expensive taxi ride to Zipolite.

The hotel is located on the beachfront.

I was understanding I had an ocean view for 3 nights. Upon arrival I was put in a street view room. I questioned then was given an ocean view for only one night, then moved to a street view for the remaining 2 nights. A notice through Booking came an hour after we checked in stating there were no ocean view options. I felt like it was a bait & switch. The hotel desk did not reduce the rate for no ocean view even though it is a premium cost on the site. The ocean view room was very basic as was the street view room. The beds in both rooms were uncomfortable, even considering the Mexican standard bed is more firm. There was much noise as both rooms were directly off the lobby open to the street.

Desk staff really helpful, friendly family relaxed atmosphere in hotel.rooms cleaned very well each day. Spacious rooms simple but nice. Lovely beach on the doorstep

Restaurant staff a bit unfriendly. The breakfast and dinner is really well cooked but the tables and service are really lacklustre. I am not sure about keeping the parrot in the cage downstairs on so many levels it’s odd
