Hotel Santa Cruz Punta Zicatela

Solo la ubicación es buena

Un hotel que le falta mucha atencion, la Alberca está siempre sucia, no tienen toallas suficientes, los baños son super pequeños, no cuentan con mobiliario suficiente para acomodar cosas mientras estás hospedado, no tienen estacionamiento

It was better than what I was worried about after reading the reviews. Position is perfect for anything, beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Bed was comfy and bedroom was bright with a big balcony. Staff was nice and helped me with some extra requests, like booking a cab etc.

Bathroom is indeed small and the sink is super small. Way too small. Very noisy until 11pm+ and very early in the morning. Walls do not isolate sound much. But if you book in the main touristic street , you must take it into account or it's on you.

La ubicación es perfecta, tienes todo cerca.

No tenía espejo y el baño pequeño.

Está muy bien ubicada, en la zona de Punta Zicatela. Solo que la habitación que me dieron, el baño estaba muy pequeño. El aire acondicionado muy bien !!!

The hotel is 10 min walk from the beach. There is a great Peruvian restaurant nearby - which I highly recommend. The room was very clean

Water out night time. At night when I got back to the hotel and wanted to take a shower we had no water. I had to ask the reception to turn it on. Sometimes we did not have hot water. I stayed at the last floor amd could hear the people talking/partying nearby so I couldn’t sleep

The air was unbreathable, a strong smell of sewage, and there was no water all evening, and they refused to refund me an hour after I checked in. The worst hotel I have seen after spending 3 months in Mexico.
