No water in the room for the whole night. Zero care from the receptionist.

Location is convenient. Bed is comfortable enough.

Where to start? First, you will NOT be sleeping before 11 p.m. You won't be watching any TV in the meantime either. You can't even hear it. Paper thin walls and a band right next door. It's LOUD. But when the band stops, at least the normal loud street noise through paper thin walls seems quieter. The first impression is the pool that is basically in the lobby. It's filthy. Nasty hairs and lots of other debris floating in plain sight. The lazy receptionist would rather argue about the pool cleanliness than put down Tik Tok for five minutes and grab the skimmer. There were big brown stains on the bedspread. And the infamous sink. So many reviews about the bathroom sink. And rightfully so. It's the dumbest thing I've ever seen in my life. The room is plenty big enough for the bathroom to be larger than it is. Was the architect drunk? Blind? The world will never know. The sink makes it almost worth checking out a room here for the head-shake value. I've included a photo, so you don't have to bother. Almost forgot to mention that the internet is absolute crap, as well. Stay somewhere else.

The beds were large.

Everything else. For reference, I grew up in Mexico and have seen and stayed in many hotels that would freak out most American and European tourists. This hotel fell way below my standards for what I paid. In fact, I feel cheated by Booking.com and Santa Cruz Punta Zicatella. Here is my experience: The toilet combo sink made it impossible to do any normal activities like shaving, brushing teeth, etc. The toilet area was constantly flooded by the shower. So imagine using the toilet while your feet are in 3 cm of water. The light switch for the bathroom was located in the shower (not exactly safe if you know anything about electricity). At night, there was no security to complain to when an obnoxious guest kept banging on the door, offering sex. Additionally, the swimming was unclean and dangerous, with swimming pool lights hanging from the side of the pool. Families cooking around the pool with their portable stove in the morning and a bar/disco next door. Finally, there was a continuous line at the reception of people waiting to use the ATM. In the end, my family didn't feel safe, and the accommodations were disaster.

Me dieron otra habitación que no era, pedi en planta baja por mi abuelita y me dieron habitación 4 planta baja y al hacer chekin me la cambiaron a una en el segundo nivel, y mi abuelita tuvo que subir muchos escalones y dije que no la quería y el joven muy grosero me dijo que ni modo que era esa o me regresaba mi dinero y me llevara a mi abuelita de 85 años a otro hotel, eran la 2:00am

Es pequeño lo necesario para pasar la noche solo que hay mucho ruido externo

She had our Airbnb canceled at the last minute on the 24 so we had to find a place to spend the night, this hotel got us covered and it was in a really nice location, near our favorite restaurant in punta

The bathroom was super tiny and for some reason there was no water in the sink at times, and there’s a “bar” right across the street with really loud people so it was hard to sleep, for the rest it met our expectations

Agradable la estancia, cuenta con todos los servicios, efectivamente el internet es malo intermitente y la alberca sin aseo por lo mismo no la utilicé, pero la ubicación excelente para pasarla bien en Punta Zicatela caminando por estar en la calle principal de esa zona, si vas con amigos muy buen lugar, limpio, aire acondicionado helado, estacionamiento en calle pero suele ser una zona tranquila, hay tienditas al lado, fue suficiente para descansar, el baño no es tan privado por ser una habitación pequeña pero en general la habitación buena.

El flujo del gu intermitente sin aviso y se le tenía que pedir a la recepciónista prender la bomba, deberían avisar antes o poner un horario y que en más de una ocasión la prendían y apagaban el agua sin avisar.
