Hotel Santa Cruz Punta Zicatela

El hotel bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y lugares en donde comer o beber algo para pasar un momento agradable. El personal muy amable. El agua de la alberca un tanto sucia que no se antojaba meterse.

Creo que deben d exponer énfasis en servicios y la limpieza profunda. Sábanas manchadas

How to start!! I wanted to take a hotel to take a break from traveling in an rv thought the panamerican, have a hot shower, some wifi to watch a movie and jump in a pool. The wifi didnt work inside or outside the room, the pool was disgustingly dirty with hair and oil, the outdoor shower wasn’t working either. The bathroom flooded so the floor was wet at all times. The hot shower didn’t work at all. The sink was on the toilet so it was gross to wash your teeth lining on the toilet and nowhere to put your toothbrush but there. the curtains where transparent so every light at night was in my face. The sheets were stain with dirt and blood. The bed cover was so thin that i was cold and i ask for one more cover and they didn’t want to give me extra. The stairs were always wet and dirty. The staff was not friendly or nice or helpful, grumpy faces at all times. When i see a four star hotel i expected much more. I would like my money back. DONT FALL ON THIS SCAM HOTEL!!!

Staff, cleanliness, TV (sat) didn’t work, Wifi didn’t work, toilet broke, shower leaked, bathroom tiny, hot water didn’t work, no block out curtains so the hotel external lights light the room up…….

I liked the location, the staff was pretty kind

The bathroom is horrible, smells bad, the sink is within the toilet and it did not seem very hygienic.
