Alta's Rustler Lodge

The room was HUGE and the bathroom BIG! Great place to stay - I was there for a big family wedding and the location, scenery, and staff were all outstanding! The staff was constantly visible and helpful for every question asked! The service and food for the wedding was excellent! Could not ask for a better wedding or celebration - or just a great place to stay! Thank you to all!

We had our daughter’s wedding at the most beautiful and relaxed place possible. The entire staff was top notch, the accommodations were the best. It made a memorable moment even more special than we could’ve ever imagined I’d give the lodge a rating of 20 if that was possible, and would recommend it to anybody in an instant.

This place is just awesome. All of it. The place, the staff, the area, the food. It's casual, its fun, great pool, hot tub, etc. All the help was wonderful- front desk, wait staff, bar tender, management... I'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Rustler- From our arrival to our departure (and everything in between )we felt welcomed and comfortable. Easy access to the slopes, helpful ski shop, lift tickets at front desk, sauna,pool and hot tubs for relaxation, cozy lobby, complimentary apre ski appetizers, breakfast and dinner included daily, friendly staff (to a person), and clean and spacious rooms- everything you could want at a ski resort!

Wondeful service, very kind staff. Excellent facilities with easy access to the mountain. Facilities were excellent, we enjoyed the steam room, hot tub and pool after a full day of skiing. We had an outstanding time. The food was outstanding and so convenient!

Great atmosphere. Loved going to happy hour in my bathrobe. Food was wonderful with a lot a variety. Staff was always helpful and upbeat! Everything was at my fingertips from ski rentals to the spa and the slopes. A once in a lifetime experience!

The best. Tom and Kate - managers of the Rustler for many years - have polished this wonderful hotel to a mirror shine. Every detail is considered and executed at an A+ level. The staff, the rooms, the food, the common areas, the bar, the spa, the pool, the hot tub, the small but perfect ski shop, the caramels in your room - I could go on. I have been lucky to travel quite a lot over my nearly 69 years and The Rustler is my favorite hotel in the world!

This is a wonderful lodge with incredible access to Alta. If you are serious about skiing it is a great place to be. The rooms are clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The food is great thanks to Ed and Jason, and John is always a friendly face in the bar. Alta is for skiers

We had a great time at the Rustler. We have been going for decades and it feels like coming home. The rooms are comfortable, the food is great and the staff is friendly. The location can’t be beat. Kate took wonderful care of us as always, and she made a birthday celebration very special!

Always stellar, Team Pollard is simply world class. There are reasons the legendary Snow Weasels have been addicted to the Rustler Lodge for decades, but I'm not sharing them with you, dear reader. We don't need any more people vying for the rooms we covet. :) This is the finest ski hotel in America, please stay away so we can keep it ot ourselves ~ Red Leader.
