The property is in a perfect location with an easy walk into the city centre. The house was clean and tidy and provided everything you need for a comfortable stay..great communication from host Rachel with a very smooth check in. Would highly recommend 😁

"One of the best of York"

The Warwick is a cozy and welcoming apartment organised by a friendly family. I just can't thank you enough for answering my call at mid-night and allowing me to check in immediately. Originally I didn't book The Warwick and booked somewhere else in the countryside on another website (wanted to try something new and doomed). We checked in in the evening but then that property owner just turned up on the doorstep at mid-night without notice and said they were vacating us (without a valid reason), I'm now still fighting for a refund - that website sides with the property owner no matter what! We were so desperate and helpless at that moment, then I just opened booking.com which I have been using for years, and found The Warwick. I made an instant booking and got answered right away in a patient, polite and professional manner! The Warwick is well presented and equipped in perfect condition as shown in the photos. Practical holiday home interior design. Good wifi signal and good heating system. The toilet is surprisingly spacious. York City Centre is about 20 minutes walking distance, while The Warwick also comes with free-parking, therefore you can choose between walking and driving. The host is very responsive and everything is crystal clear. I can say that The Warwick is one of the best properties I have ever stayed! I'm definitely staying with them again the next time I visit York! Thanks again xx
