The location is good, easy access to shops and to get into the main town of York . handy being behind the pub for lunch and evening meal or entertainment at night

That pub doesn't serve breakfast The bed was uncomfortable - needs a new mattress

Location is perfect for The Rise venue. Stayed here before, which is a recommendation in itself. Friendly staff. Large comfortable room, away from main pub. Comfortable bed. Large car park. Will stay here again.
