How they responded when we had a problem like a broken key in the door lock. He was very fast to fix it. The two bed rooms elephant chalet is good 👍. The bathroom and toilets in all rooms are perfect and clean. The animals

There is no backup electricity, no security at the gate, and no remote gate. You must open the gate for yourself with a key that is not safe. Poor beds in room(Kudu family house) K3 and K4, we had four single beds(two bunk beds) in one room. The beds were in a very bad condition with a sponge in very poor condition you can't sleep at night.😢.

I liked the location, the few animals we saw, the cummunal area was pretty nice. Bonfire was decent, just the wood was wet. Internet was available at the communal area. The recommendation to fish at Metsi Metsi was great, it was really beautiful.

Very dissapointed in the room. It was very unclear what to expect as there was very little info available on the bunk beds room, like 2 or 3 photos. We ended up putting the thin sponge matresses on the floor to be able to sleep. The bunks beds are rusted and looked like it may give in any time of the night. There was also no fridge in the room which was completely unexpected, especially for just shy of R1000 per night...

Pool Water was dirty, we had to clean it ourselves. The room fan was not working, we slept in hot room, couldn't sleep well. The sheets and towels were never changed , there was no mop in the room. Only one tissue was available. Shared kitchen, fridge.

The tranquility and peace we wanted was perfect.The staff we beyond helpfully and going out of their way to make us comfortable.

Wish they can improve on their availability of game gor a great game drives.

We enjoyed watching the game, the hiking trails and the feeling of freedom under the bright Bushveld sky. The stars were amazing, as well as sunrise and sunset.

Descriptions are misleading: The website mentions a restaurant on-site, yet it was not operational. Communal kitchen was lacking equipment and not clean. The description of the rooms we paid for did not mention that those are totally separate rooms and do not form part of a chalet. We are a big family that wanted to spend time together over Christmas, and not sit in 3 separate rooms. If it was not for the friendliness of Pia, who offered us the use of the conference room, we would have packed up and left. Janika was lacking interpersonal skills, being rude and abrupt.
