Very dirty not taken care of , high risk chalet

Everything about this property is wrong, we slept with a bat flying around, squirrels inside the chalet, rats ,old bed sheets that are woven it was bad

Their was no privacy, could hear our neighbour's taliking, baby crying and them throwing a ball against the wall. We booked and payed for a breakfast and upon arrival they said they do no serve breakfasts anymore. Also the matresses were very hard and uncomfortable.

The fotos does not portray what you get. Accomodation is dated and you do not get even a fridge in your room. Its a shared facility

Location was ok.

The place just was ready for guests. Bar closed, restaurant closed. They did offer to get food from the town, but charged the cost of a 5£ pizza as the same as a meal in the restaurant if they were open. Booked a game drive, but then they cancelled at the last minute as they were busy. There were plenty of wilderbeast but not much else. Guests were not allowed in the buffalo area without staff, but staff were too busy. Accomodation was ok, but an open roofed hut which was cold!

The place is nice and quiet, the Boma and braai place was Perfect 👌 .

No communication from the host , We paid a room with breakfast but we didn't receive any breakfast.We were supposed to go for a booked 3pm game drive but when we get at reception around 2:35 they were not there , we phoned them they said we will go to game drive between 3:30 and 4:00pm then after 2 minutes they phoned me , they said their game drive car doesn't want to start so they canceled it . The water from the Shower doesn't have pressure. The mattress is not comfortable.
