Location

No internet the first day . Could not use the hot tub as there was a large hole in the side of it which contained a wasps nest, contacted elm escapes and was told we could use the hot tub in another lodge that was two doors away, this was very disappointing as we paid for the convenience of having one at our lodge

location is great .views are great .

on arrival we had to fill hot tub as only half full, dining chairs 2 were unsafe , fridge unable to turn temp down so chilled products started to freeze, TV downstairs not great outside area needed weeds removed , toilet upstairs made a constant noise throughout the time we were there, oven door you need to hold it down as it wouldn't stay down not great .

The location

The property was very dirty. There were many stains on the bedding in every room and the towels has not been washed.

Nothing

The fact that I got there and there was pee and poo in the toilets bedding was filthy sauna wasn’t working cooking utensils was dirty to the point the host had to send a cleaner out who said that some ones coming and going that shouldn’t be which made us paranoid that some one was gonna walk in the key safe was open on arrival Can’t add video of bedding
