We really appreciated your company has such a wonderful manager Anil who was very good in coordinating. We have such a wonderful stay in your place.

Great service with park collection and airport drop off included, Restaurant had reasonably priced tasty meals. New rooms were spacious and clean, Aircon and hot water all worked. All the staff were good humoured and friendly.

Pack of local dogs were on the balcony outside my room, they were barking for 40 minutes at 3 am in the morning at a cat. That seemed dangerous but when I reported the incident it was accepted as just hunting dogs used by the locals, also noisy construction work from 8 am to 4 pm each day (best to be out all day).

I loved the staff and the location. Such a beautiful place to relax! Anil and his staff made us feel so at home, nothing was ever an issue and they always made sure we were safe and taken care of.

Maybe a lamp would be nice next to the bed 🙂

Restaurant was a bit expensive

Basic but you will stay at the park a lot of the time you are in Mulu anyway. Anil is a great host and was super helpful. Also he will bring you to the park entrance and picks you up from there as you like. The view from the restaurant to the river is outstanding.

Very helpful staff. Lovely swimming pool and gorgeous location riverfront.

Very small room with nowhere to put anything. Cleaning needs to be better. Breakfast is poor.
