"DONT STAY HERE"

the hotel is in the middle of no where the electric kept cutting off the place was dirty… dust and cobwebs also on the night we had infestation of cockroaches which then we asked for our money back! the staff don’t speak any english so we couldn’t communicate he gave us some cash but we was stilled owed £200 which he told us to email the owner who has ignored us booking.com hasn’t helped so we didn’t get it back! i wasn’t going to leave a bad review until they ignored us! don’t stay here your better at manuel antonio nothing in uvita it’s awful beach is dirty too!

It’s close to the national park/ beach. The beach is closed off to the public and require an entrance fee so there are NO ocean / beach front properties you can stay in Uvita

Hard to see / park at night especially in aqua zero (aka. Monsoon downpour )

This is a great place to stay! Excellent, attentive staff! Always quick with check-ins and any needs/requests you might have. Clean everywhere you look. Super close to the beach! Stores and restaurants very close by. Affordable pricing!

Everything went perfect from quick, courteous check in, extremely clean accommodations, refreshing clean pool, well equipped kitchenette, powerful A/C, quiet surroundings and a very short 5 minute walk right to the beach! Villas Maria Luisa is a great place to be! You can hear the ocean inside your room/cabina!

I like everything about Maria Luisa! This has to be the best value in/near Uvita.
