"An absolutely brilliant place to stay when in Dunedin."

we went to the high tea and the staff were very professional and friendly. The food was beautiful and just enough. We had breakfast in the morning and there was plenty of room, plenty of food and all delicious. Our room was very comfortable.

Only a few things in the bedroom which needed to be added, but other than that, fantastic.

"Peninsula escape."

Great views. Bathroom very modern and clean. Heated floor was great. Staff at stables breakfast room were welcoming and helpful.

Parking not available close to our room. Had to walk some distance over rough ground with our luggage. Reception not warm. Room smelled musky.
