No electric and hot water since 3pm until 11pm. Texted owner at 12pm to check the electricity availability but no reply until 11:30pm. Purposely travel all the way from Queenstown to Te Anau just to check in this hotel at 3pm but found out still no electricity. Stay for less than 5 minutes to check electricity and hot water. Still no electricity and hot water so we don’t want risk for whole night without essential supply. Hence, we headed back to Queenstown. Most disappointed things is owner mentioned we have soiled the house even though we just stay less than 5 minutes to check the electricity and hot water and refuse for refund.
