Key lock entry only. Did not see any staff. We communicated by text.

While bed was comfortable, an external light outside our room made our room look in daylight despite closing blinds.

Never received the lockbox information. One contact phone number was invalid. No one ever answered the other contact number after several attempts. Could not leave a message. Do not bother with this property as it has a terrible reputation in town amongst the locals. We asked around. Ended up staying somewhere else.

The "cottage" is a shed with seemingly no insulation. The beds were not comfortable.

Todo muy nuevo y cuidado. Habitacion amplia y cómoda. A tan solo un pequeño paseo del centro y muy cerca del lago.

Good location with restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Room is big with attached toilet. Share kitchen with all you need in there you can think of.

Laundry need to pay. Sound proofing is not that good. Can hear traffic from the room and neighbours talking. Bed is extremely soft.

Location and it was clean

No window or ventilation in bedroom so air was acrid and stale. Hard to breathe. Only natural light in bedroom was from the glass door which faces the road so for privacy the curtain had to be drawn. Very heavy condensation in bathroom even with small bathroom windows open and exhaust fan on. This combined with very shiny glass like floor tiles created a very dangerous slippery floor. This was an extreme safety issue for us. When we tried to contact the owner by phone, text and email there was no response for over 48 hours after which we were told the owners were overseas. Five days have passed and we have still had no response. This is the first time we have posted a negative review as we normally just do not comment if we are unhappy. But in this case it is a health and safety issue. It surprises us that this unit is even regarded as habitable. We had to relocate at considerable expense and have requested a refund but with zero response.
