Staff very helpful, i have mistake order but mbok tut help and fixed everything, when wé arrived everything perfect and clean, hot water good, pressure good also, the breakfast delicious. Keep goin mbok, semangat

Pretty difficult location access (if you use car) , make sure you are good driver and your car in good condition.

The accomodation was looking nice. Room fine, food & wifi good.

Water in Pool not clear. A lot of flies in this area (on top of Mt Batur as well, seems to be common for this area). Street to the accomodation uphill & gravel road. Drivers may not make it til the accomodation. No lake view. Staff only spoke the bare minimum. Rolling the eyes after ordering drink/food in their Warung. I did not feel welcomed during my stay, rather as a burden. I booked 2 nights, but left after 1 night. When I told them about my changed plans, they started to talk to me. I booked the Mt Batur sunrise hike via the accomodation. I cannot recommend it. The guide was a 21-year-old guy walking very fast uphill. I told him that he is very fast and he only asked if i was sure about that. He did not explain anything and I perceived him as unmotivated, whereas other guides (there are a lot of guides and groups hiking, you do not need a private guide, makes no sense. I paid 600 k for the private guide. Actually you would not need a guide for that hike from a diffuculty level point of view, but the locals seem to get angry and follow you, if you just pass by. However, I met some guys who got a real official ticket for 100 k (i did not receive a ticket) and they were able to hike without guide, but as far as i understood, the locals ran after them). My guide was most of the time 50-100 m in front of me when walking down hill. The next time I would book the tour via another provider, e.g. GetYourGuide, they seemed to be highly motivated.

The staff were nice, and the rooms were cozy and clean. The bed was especially comfortable. The beds also have insect nets which you will want to get opened up over your bed asap as there are plenty of flies. Overall, good value for money.

The pool and view were not quite as good as the photo on the website suggests. Luckily the place next door has a great view, and you can sit there to enjoy some food and drinks while taking it all in. Parking is also very limited.

Booking.com does not explain the complete address and hotel facilities. The road I took to get to the hotel was really bad (not recommended for beginners). Facilities are completely non-existent. I stopped using booking.com because of the limited information provided. This hotel not recommended for family vacation
