Definitely the hospitality , everyone was really nice and helpful.

Rooms exceptionally clean and very well appointed. Tea tray , large fridge good a/c comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. All rooms had their own balcony to the front with drying rack and comfortable seating . These extra touches made all the difference and made us feel like we were very well looked after . Large communal sitting area was pleasant and comfortable and dinner in the restaurant was very good quality and good value. Breakfast was fantastic with a large choice of both Indian and non- Indian all cooked fresh to order. Coffee was also very good! Staff were exceptional all very friendly and helpful, when I broke a bottle in the top two ladies very quickly cleaned it up and returned the room to its immaculate condition. The manager Neesha was very friendly and helpful, she gave us lotion to help with bites and lots of good advice about where to go and do. Prakash was ever present and helpful . This is also in a great location with beach access just over the road. Overall service and standards here are exceptional and better than many more expensive hotels we have stayed in. Highly recommended

I loved my stay at Yerrata! The staff is super nice and friendly and they go above and beyond to make you feel home. There are some rescue dogs which are adorable! Also super nice to see business owners taking care :) The rooms are super cozy and very good value for money! The food delicious! 😛

Very welcoming group of staff who made sure all our needs were taken care off. The host, Neesha, was very helpful with her restaurant recommendations in Havelock and it was a pleasure to talk with her. The resort is a mini dog haven as they have multiple rescues which is amazing to see. The facilities were clean and comfy; and breakfast was great with multiple options. Overall, would highly recommend for a stay!

La camera e il bagno molto puliti. Dotati di ventilazione, aria condizionata e piccolo porticato esterno privato dove poter stendere o rilassarsi. Colazione e cene eccellenti. Staff gentilissimo,soprattutto la manager (ci ha dato tanti consigli ed è stata proprio di cuore) È possibile anche noleggiare scooter per visitare l’isola.

Unica piccola pecca la connessione WiFi ma è molto scarsa in tutta l’isola per cui non è una loro colpa e meritano un bel 10
