Unser Aufenthalt war grandios. Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber, es war ruhig und auch das Frühstück war lecker. Die Hunde schliefen den ganzen Tag - von denen geht mit Sicherheit keine Gefahr aus. Unangetastet bleibt aber die enorme Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft des Teams vor Ort. Es wurde sich immer sofort um jedes Anliegen gekümmert, man hat uns einen Roller organisiert zu einem besseren Preis als wir ihn hätten aushandeln können, wir haben viele Tipps bekommen und konnten in persönlichen Gesprächen auch etwas mehr über Indien erfahren. Selbst als wir bereits ausgecheckt hatten, trat ich mit dem Hotel nochmal in Kontakt aufgrund eines medizinischen Notfalls (das neue Hotel war leider nicht sehr hilfreich) und uns wurde sofort geholfen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Diese Frau ist ein Engel!!

the rooms werent as clean as expected, checkout time is 8.30am while the checkin is 12. there is no all time room service available. almost zero options for dinner for vegetarians. Breakfast was - choose 1 item from a menu (just 2 options for vegetarians). kitchen is closed during lunch time.

We stayed at Yerrata Resorts for 5 nights and had a very comfortable experience overall. The rooms were well-equipped with all basic amenities like AC, fridge, and geyser, making the stay easy and hassle-free. It’s a lovely, dog-friendly property. The complimentary breakfast was great and a perfect start to the day. The location is also very convenient close to Vijaynagar and Govind Nagar beaches, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. A special mention to Neesha, our host, who truly went above and beyond. She helped us plan our days with spot-on restaurant recommendations, assisted with booking scuba diving, and even told us about the secret beach. She is extremely warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive to guests’ needs, which made our stay even more special. Would definitely recommend!
